Cops find corpses of elderly couple in Yokosuka residence; son sought

KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police are seeking the whereabouts of a man after the discovery of the corpses of his elderly parents in their residence in Yokosuka City on Thursday, reports Fuji News Network (April 8).

At around 10:30 p.m., police received a telephone call. “I haven’t been able to get in touch with my relatives for 2 to 3 days. When I visited [their residence], I couldn’t get inside,” the caller said.

Officers arriving at the scene entered the residence by breaking a glass window and found the bodies of Mitsuo Onoboshi, 75, and his wife, 72-year-old Yasuko, inside separate futons in the first-floor living room.
