TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 31-year-old male Chinese national for allegedly molesting a woman in Adachi Ward, reports TBS News (Sept. 30).
In June, Li Ruiqi allegedly approached the woman, a company employee aged in her 20s, from behind as she commuted home along a road and grabbed hold of her breasts.
The woman was not injured in the incident.
Li, who has been charged with committing an obscene act, admits to the allegations.
