TOKYO (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police on Wednesday filed charges with prosecutors against two organizers of orgy parties that included underage female prostitutes, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Oct. 21).
In September of 2013, Shunichi Tsubouchi, a 27-year-old physical education teacher in Itabashi Ward, and Hajime Toyama, 54, are alleged to have organized an event inside a suite room at a hotel in Bunkyo Ward in which the girl, 16, and another prostitute, 18, performed sex acts with several men.
According to police, the suspects held similar parties in Tokyo hotels on more than 200 occasions over the past four years. At another event in 2013, another 16-year-old school girl participated.
Both suspects have been charged with violating child welfare and prostitution laws. Tsubouchi admits to the allegations.
The girls were paid between 20,000 yen and 80,000 yen, according to TV Asahi (Oct. 21). Customers were charged 13,000 yen to participate.
The suspects recruited participants for the events through a bulletin board site on the Internet.
