TOCHIGI (TR) – Tochigi Prefectural Police have arrested a male teacher at a high school who serves as the coach of its prestigious girls’ softball team for secretly taking upskirt photos, reports TBS News (Dec. 4).
On November 25, Norihiro Kuki, a 50-year-old teacher at the Utsunomiya Bunsei Girls’ High School, allegedly placed his smartphone up a teenage girl’s skirt in Utsunomiya City and took tosatsu footage of her underwear.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs, Kuki admitted to the allegations.
According to police, Kuki and the girl were acquainted with each other. The incident came to light when the woman noticed Kuki’s suspicious behavior while they were alone in a room and contacted police.
The softball coached by Kuki has won the national championship multiple times.
