KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police have launched a murder investigation after the body of a woman believed to be a 23-year-old beauty stylist was found in her home in Sagamihara City, reports TV Tokyo (June 10).
At approximately 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, two male co-workers found the body of a woman lying face-up on a sofa in the residence, located in Minami Ward.
Police arriving at the scene confirmed the woman dead. Her neck had marks consistent with strangulation.
The co-workers of the woman visited the residence after she failed to appear for work on two consecutive days. The door to the residence was unlocked.
