TOKYO (TR) – A 24-year-old man for allegedly forcing a middle school girl into prostitution last year has been served a fresh warrant for sexual assaults involving another girl, police said last week, reports the Mainichi Shimbun (June 5).
In the latest allegations, Shota Inoue, sexually assaulted a second girl, a third-year middle school student, at a bathhouse in the Kabukicho red-light district on the afternoon of May 5. Four days later, he allegedly assaulted her again at a hotel, using his smartphone to film the act.
Inoue, a resident of Arakawa Ward, faces charges of non-consensual sexual intercourse, illicit filming and violating the child pornography prohibition law. He has admitted to the allegations.

Inoue goes by the name “Inocchi” among youths known as “Toyoko,” who are runaways and delinquents that gather in Kabukicho.
Police also revealed that the victim had consumed anti-anxiety medication on both days. During the May 9 incident at the hotel, she was reportedly in a state of overdose.
“I wanted him to stop filming the video, but because of the drugs, I felt like I didn’t care anymore,” the girl told investigators.
In a desperate bid to cover his tracks, Inoue later sent a message to the victim, begging her to lie to authorities. “Please say you forced me to do it. Otherwise, I’ll get arrested,” he wrote.
Police first arrested Inoue in May for forcing another middle school girl in Kabukicho to service men at hotels in the district in relationships based on papakatsu, which is compensated dating.
One of her clients was Akira Awazu, a 51-year-old former president of an entertainment-related company, who has already been arrested and indicted for filming lewd acts and selling them as adult videos.
