KANAGAWA (TR) – A former executive of an adult video (AV) talent agency recently accused of coercing women to perform is among 52 persons that have been sent to prosecutors over an outdoor shoot in Sagamihara City three years ago, reports the Sankei Shimbun (July 8).
According to the indictment, nine actresses, 24 actors and 19 production personnel, including Norihide Murayama, 49, the former president of Marks Japan, face indecent exposure charges for allegedly participating in the making of the film at a campground over a two-day period ending on October 1, 2013.
Last month, Murayama and the current president of Marks Japan were arrested for allegedly forcing a woman to perform as an actress in the same shoot against her will. According to the Asahi Shimbun (July 1), the former president was ordered to pay a fine of one million yen under a summary order by the Tokyo Summary Court earlier this month.
Also among the production personnel prosecuted was the president of AV production company CA, which is within the DMM.com group.
Thirty five of the defendants have admitted to the charges. Meanwhile, the remaining defendants, including the CA president, deny the accusations, saying that the campground was sufficiently sealed off to prevent outsiders from viewing the shoot.
