Teen girl reports papakatsu partner to police over failed payment

TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 36-year-old man who allegedly engaged in sex with a teenage girl in Fuchu City.

The matter surfaced after Takumi Agawa, of no known occupation, failed to pay the 17-year-old girl, reports TBS News (Mar. 12).

Last November, Agawa allegedly engaged in lewd acts with the girl and took footage at his apartment in Fuchu City.

Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Child Prostitution Prohibition Law and other offenses, Agawa admitted to the allegations.

Prior to the incident, the girl posted on a dating app that she was looking for a papakatsu partner. “Looking for someone in Tokyo who can meet for 25,000 yen or more,” she wrote in seeking a sugar daddy.

Agawa replied, “I’d like to meet you and I’ll pay 100,000 yen for two hours at a hotel.” However, after the incident, Agawa fled without paying her any money. The girl subsequently reported the matter to a police station in Chofu City.
