HOKKAIDO (TR) – Police in Sapporo City are on the hunt for a bizarrely dressed exhibitionist who exposed his lower body on a public street last week, reports Hokkaido News UHB (Sep. 27).
At approximately 10:20 p.m. on September 21, a passerby spotted the suspect standing in an imposing stance with his legs firmly planted on a street in the Takuhoku 4-jo area of Kita Ward. His lower body was fully exposed.
Police describe the suspect as a slightly chubby man in his 30s or 40s. Adding to his eccentric appearance, the man was sporting brown afro-style hair, black sunglasses, and a long white cloak that reached below his knees.
Local authorities are urging residents in the area to remain vigilant. Anyone who encounters the suspect is advised to retreat to a safe location immediately and dial police.
