OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police on Wednesday busted two out-call sex business on suspicion of providing prostitution, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Oct. 22).
In August and September, three male employees of ABC Umeda chain, which is located in Kita Ward, and one other business are alleged to have provided sexual services to customers, primarily men in their 40s and 50s, in violation of the Anti-Prostitution Law.
One of the suspects admits the allegations while the other deny the charges.
ABC Umeda is a “fashion health” business, which typically means it provides oral sex as administered by prostitutes attired in uniforms, often those of cabin attendants or office ladies. The provision of honban, or full sex, is a violation of the law.
Such a service dispatches its female employees to hotel rooms or residences. According to police, both businesses as served an average of 100 customers per day since opening in July of 2005.
Prices at ABC Umeda begin at 13,000 yen for the first 60 minutes of service.
