TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a pair of employees at an out-call sex service in the robbery and injury of a customer in Shinjuku Ward, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Dec. 2).
At around 9:00 p.m. on August 25, Koji Fujino, a 34-year-old employee at a “delivery health” business, allegedly dragged a male customer, 30, and his male acquaintance atop the hood of his car for about 100 meters in the Kabukicho red-light district.
After falling from the vehicle both men suffered injuries, including a broken collarbone, that required between two to six weeks to heal, according to the Yomiuri Shimbun (Dec. 2).
Fujino, who has been charged with attempted murder, denies the charges. “I did not intend to kill,” the suspect is quoted by police.
On the morning of that day, the customer visited a love hotel in the same district with 24-year-old female employee Sarasa Sakamoto. After obtaining an upfront fee of 25,000 yen for the delivery of a sex service from the customer, the employee left the hotel, saying she forgot her stopwatch. She did not return.
Later that day, the acquaintance requested the services of Sakamoto. Outside a hotel, the victim and acquaintance spotted Fujino, who serves as Sakamoto’s driver. After being accosted by the pair, the suspect fled the scene with both men clinging to the vehicle.
Police are now investigating whether the employees of the shop had pulled the same ruse on other customers.
