KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police have arrested a 43-year-old man for allegedly pushing down a female university student last year and attempting to commit indecent acts on her, reports TBS News (Mar. 17).
Last October, Shuichi Kimura, a company employee, is suspected of pushing down a 23-year-old student who was riding a bicycle on a street in Yamato City.
He then attempted to commit an indecent acts on her, which caused various injuries, including a fractured left leg that took approximately three weeks to heal.

Upon his arrest on suspicion of sexual assault resulting in injury, Kimura, who lives in Atsugi City, admitted to the allegations.
