KANAGAWA (TR) – Kanagawa Prefectural Police on Tuesday busted a casino in Yokohama for offering illegal gambling, reports Fuji News Network (Mar. 3).
At approximately 6:30 p.m., officers took Ryunosuke Sagawa, the 22-year-old manager of VIP, located in Naka Ward, and two other suspects into custody for providing customers with baccarat gaming.
Sagawa admits to the allegations. “We took a commission fee (of 5 percent) off the top from the customers,” the suspect is quoted by police, according to TV Asahi (Mar. 3).
Investigators also confiscated three baccarat tables and seven million yen in cash.
