SAGA (TR) – Police here have served a fresh arrest warrant to a 28-year-old physical therapist for allegedly putting his bodily fluid into a woman’s lunch box, reports the Asahi Shimbun (July 14).
Kenzo Inoue, a resident of Tosu City, is accused of non-consensual indecency. According to the Tosu Police Station, at around 10:30 a.m. on July 17, 2023, Inoue allegedly splashed his bodily fluid over the rice inside the bento box belonging to an acquaintance in her 40s at a medical facility in the city.
Upon his re-arrest on Tuesday, Inoue reserved his plea, telling investigators, “I want to decide whether to speak after meeting with a lawyer.”
This marks the fourth time Inoue has been arrested by police.
His initial arrest occurred on May 28 on suspicion of non-consensual indecency resulting in injury. In that incident, he allegedly grabbed a woman in her 20s from behind on a park promenade on May 11, causing her to fall and suffer injuries.
In June, Inoue was served two additional arrest warrants. One was for allegedly hugging another woman in her 20s on a sidewalk in September 2023. The other was for secretly filming a woman in her 40s as she was changing clothes at the medical facility in August of the same year.
Inoue previously worked at the medical facility where the bento and voyeurism incidents took place, but he resigned in June following his initial arrest. Police say he is also withholding his plea regarding the three previous cases.
