CHIBA (TR) – Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested a 57-year-old chiropractor in Kashiwa City on suspicion of sexually assaulting a female client during a treatment session, reports Nippon News Network (May 28).
Tatsuya Yamaguchi is accused of assaulting the victim, a woman in her 40s, at a massage clinic he is believed to operate in Kashiwa in March of this year.
Upon his arrest, Yamaguchi denied the sexual assault allegations, offering investigators a bizarre defense for his actions during the session.
“I did no such thing,” the suspect told police. “I only gave hugs and kisses.”
According to police, the incident came to light after the woman consulted with a local police station about 10 days after the alleged assault took place.
