CHIBA (TR) – Police arrested a woman at Narita International Airport on Monday for kicking another woman and breaking a panel in a fit of rage following trouble printing her ticket.

At around 7:50 p.m., Mariko Murakami, 35, was arrested for allegedly kicking a 40-year-old female airline employee in the crotch after becoming becoming enraged at trouble with a ticket machine on the third floor of Terminal 2, the Sankei Shimbun reports (November 1).

The woman, who was traveling alone, also cracked a panel by hitting it with her hand. The assault took place after the employee tried to calm down the suspect.

The suspect was trying to pay and print a ticket for her trip to Honolulu, Hawaii when the ticket machine didn’t accept her credit card or cash payment, airport security officials said.
