TOKYO (TR) – Police released security camera footage on Thursday of a man wanted in connection with a case here where a man stalked a high school girl and dumped bodily fluids on her from behind.
Footage taken on May 28 on a street in Bunkyo Ward shows a man in his 20s or 30s of slim build shouldering a black bag and carrying something in his right hand, Fuji News Network reports (September 29).
The suspect lingered at the crime scene for some time after he dumped the bodily fluid on the high school girl, 17, as she commuted to school before he fled, police said.
The man is wanted on suspicion of causing property damage.
