KANAGAWA (TR) – A male employee in the sex trade allegedly broke into a home and stole cash by breaking a window using scissors, a technique he learned from an online video, police said on Friday.
Kouju Inada, 21, a who works at a fuzoku (commercial sex) parlor, is charged with theft for allegedly broke into an unemployed 67-year-old man’s house in Atsugi City on November 1 and stole some 24,000 yen along with a luxury brand wallet and coin case, TBS News reports (Dec. 9).
Inada has admitted to the charges, quoted by police as saying he “learned how to break [the window] from an online video.”
Police are investigating under the assumption that Inada is likely responsible for 28 similar theft cases reported in the neighborhood this year.
