TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 41-year-old company employee for allegedly leaving his bodily fluid on the school uniform of a female high school student aboard a subway train in the capital, reports Nippon News Network (June 18).
Ryu Kikuchi is accused of committing the act last year inside a crowded subway car traveling through Chiyoda Ward.
According to investigators, Kikuchi wore his backpack on his chest to conceal his actions while exposing his lower body to carry out the act in the packed train carriage.

During questioning, Kikuchi partially denied the allegations. While he admitted to indecent exposure, he denied targeting the teenager.
“I wanted to expose my lower body on the train to test if anyone around me would notice,” the suspect told police. He added, “But I did not put bodily fluid on that person.”
