CHIBA (TR) – Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested a 47-year-old Funabashi City official for allegedly exposing his lower body to a young woman on a train station platform, reports Fuji News Network (Aug. 2).
Keisuke Narisawa is accused of sitting next to a woman, 28, on a platform at JR Moto-Yawata Station in Ichikawa City, unzipping his trousers, and exposing his genitals just before 6:00 a.m. on August 1.
During police questioning on suspicion of public indecency, Narisawa fully denied the allegations. “I was just sleeping,” the suspect told investigators. “I have absolutely no memory of it.”
According to police, the suspect and the victim did not know each other. The woman was reportedly looking at her mobile phone while waiting for a train when Narisawa initiated the indecent act.
He was reportedly intoxicated at the time.
