TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Thursday announced the re-arrest of a self-described management consultant already in custody on indecent assault charges for filming sexual sessions with dozens of underage girls, reports public broadcaster NHK (Feb. 5).

Officers charged Takashi Inoue, 46, with producing child pornography after a search of his him revealed a personal computer containing images and videos of him engaging in sex acts with approximately 50 young girls.

Inoue has reportedly admitted to the allegations. “I thought if I filmed the sex session the girl would get excited,” the suspect is quoted by police.

According to police, Inoue lured his victims to hotels by saying to them via Internet chat sites that he provides “love counselling,” and that he would serve as a sex partner if a first-time experience had been painful.

On January 16, police first arrested Inoue for engaging in sex at a hotel in Tokyo with a 17-year-old girl, according to Fuji News Network (Jan. 16). That arrest came after the victim contacted police.

Police are investigating whether there are more teenage victims than those who appeared in the images and videos seized at the suspect’s home.
