TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Thursday announced the arrest of a 25-year-old company employee after he allegedly filmed illicit acts performed by teenage girls and distributed the footage, reports the Asahi Shimbun (Feb. 25).
On September 13, Toshikazu Fujino allegedly filmed a sex session involving a 16-year-old girl attired in a maid costume inside his residence in the Zoshigaya area of Toshima Ward.
Six days before, the suspect had posted a message on an Internet bulletin board in which sought “cosplay models” interested in receiving a salary of 300,000 yen per month.
The 16-year-old girl was subsequently paid only an amount that covered her transportation costs.
Fujino, who has been charged with violating employment and child welfare laws, admits to the allegations, telling police that he did it for the money, according to TBS News (Feb. 25).
Since January of last year, Fujino has filmed five other girls under similar circumstances. Through the end of last year, the suspect collected a total of 220,000 yen in fees for footage that he had uploaded to the Internet.
