Shuhei Ogawa, 32, and Haruto Ito, 28, both residing in Negishi, Taito Ward, were taken into custody on Tuesday for dispatching a 15-year-old girl, who lives in Chiba, to two Yokohama residences in July to supply sexual services for between 17,000 and 20,000 yen.
According to police, the service had 10 employees, of which eight were girls aged between 15 and 17.
