CHIBA (TR) – Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested a 52-year-old man for allegedly committing lewd acts on a female high school student who attended his English conversation school in Matsudo City, reports NHK (July 12).
On multiple times during class between around July 2021 and around January 2023, Keisuke Hisasue is suspected of committing lewd acts, such as touching the breasts and lower body of the female student.
In one case, he approached her from behind as she stood to read aloud during class, he put his hand inside her underwear and touched her breasts, all of which was filmed by his smartphone.
Police began their investigation after the student contacted a sexual crime victim hotline.
Upon his arrest, Hisasue admitted to the charges. The suspect said, “I feel sexual desire when I touch people’s bodies at the cram school I run.”
He added, “I also took upskirt photos of several other students.” As a result, police have seized his computer and smartphone. The investigation is continuing.
