CHIBA (TR) – Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested a 32-year-old public junior high school teacher caught red-handed filming up the skirt of a high school girl at a train station, reports Fuji News Network (Sep. 12).
Takuya Takahashi, a teacher at Funabashi Municipal Ninomiya Junior High School, is accused of using his smartphone to record tosatsu (voyeur) footage under the teen’s skirt on a staircase inside JR Yotsukaido Station on Thursday.
A police officer who was on patrol at the station witnessed the act and apprehended Takahashi on the spot.
Upon his arrest, Takahashi fully admitted to the allegations. “I couldn’t resist the thrill of secretly photographing women’s underwear, which is normally hidden,” he told investigators.
Police suspect Takahashi is a repeat offender after discovering several other videos on his smartphone that appear to have been illicitly filmed. An investigation into further offenses is ongoing.
