MIYAZAKI (TR) – Miyazaki Prefectural Police have arrested a 28-year-old male government employee for installing a spy camera in a woman’s home for about three months and taking multiple photos of her. The arrest is not his first, reports NHK (July 14).
The man has previously been arrested and indicted for stealing women’s underwear and spare keys, and this is his fourth arrest.
In August last year, Yuki Kuroki, a 28-year-old staff member from the Miyazaki Prefectural Public Relations Strategy Office, allegedly broke into the home of the woman and attempted to film her while she was bathing.
As well, he broke into the same woman’s home multiple times between August and November and committed obscene acts, such as ejaculating onto her clothing.
He is further suspected of installing a small camera in her home between October last year and January to film her in various sexual poses on multiple occasions.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of trespassing and other charges, Kuroki admitted to the allegations. “I did it to satisfy sexual desires,” he said.
Police previously Kuroki for stealing women’s underwear and spare keys from a home in Miyazaki City. The latest arrest is his fourth arrest.
The woman in the latest case had been unaware that her home had been broken into. Police have not disclosed the relationship between Kuroki and her. The investigation is ongoing.
