TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police earlier this week busted a massage parlor in Edogawa Ward’s Nishi Koiwa area for licensing violations, reports TV Asahi (June 26).

On Tuesday, officers arrested the 33-year-old manager of massage parlor Bamboo, Hiroyuki Ishizuka, and a female employee for allegedly providing sexual services to a male customer inside a private room — a violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.

Ishizuka has reportedly admitted to the allegations. “In order to increase sales, sexual services must be offered continually,” the suspect is quoted by police.

Over the past six months, Bamboo has collected 35 million yen in revenue.

In April, police warned Ishizuka about the services offered at the parlor but no modifications were made to the business.
