FUKUOKA (TR) – It has been revealed that a city councilman from Nogata City has been indicted on charges of indecent assault without consent for allegedly touching a female nurse’s breasts, reports TBS News (Apr. 27).
The person indicted on charges of indecent assault without consent is 80-year-old Noboru Matsuda.
According to the indictment, Matsuda is alleged to have committed indecent acts against a female nurse in her 20s in the early morning of August 5 last year, while hospitalized in a hospital in the prefecture, including touching her breasts over her clothes.
Regarding the allegations, Matsuda told the network, “I don’t know, you’re being rude. I’m 80 years old, and I don’t have that kind of energy. I don’t remember anything.”
Matsuda’s trial began on April 22 at the Kokura branch of the Fukuoka District Court.
