TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a former employee of Mizuho Securities in the alleged theft of women’s underwear in Chofu City, reports Yukan Fuji (Oct. 19).

Sometime between December 18 and 23 of last year, Kohei Matsutani, 24, allegedly trespassed into an unlocked residence and stole three items of women’s underwear (valued at 1,100 yen) from a laundry machine.

According to the Chofu Police Station, the case emerged following Matsutani’s arrest in September for the theft of women’s underwear from a another residence in Chofu the month before.
