TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police are searching for a man who attempted to rob a redemption booth used by a pachinko parlor in Meguro Ward before fleeing, reports Fuji News Network (April 24).
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, a man brandishing a knife approached a TUC shop, which is used for the redemption of cash and prizes for pachinko players, near Jiyugaoka Station and demanded money from the woman at the counter.
After the employee sounded an alarm, the man fled.
The suspect, believed to be between the ages of 25 and 30 and 175 centimeters in height, was wearing a knit hat and a white mask.
