TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police are seeking the help of the public in locating a male suspect who forcibly removed the underwear of a school girl in Adachi Ward, reports Fuji News Network (Mar. 16).
In September, the suspect grabbed the girl from behind at the entrance of an apartment building and pulled off her underwear while fondling her body. He then fled the scene.
In a video clip released publicly, the suspect is shown walking around the same general area prior to the crime. Believed to be aged in his 30s, he is shown wearing a white shirt and carrying a satchel. His height is estimated at up to 170 centimeters. Police are seeking his whereabouts on suspicion of robbery and indecent assault.
