TOKYO (TR) – The arrest of two suspects for permitting two teenage boys to view them having sex as a means of sex education was revealed last week, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Nov. 29).
On November 29, paperwork was filed in the Kamikumagaya branch of the Saitama District Court alleging that Naoki Mukaino, 62, and Chie Fujinami, 26, had intercourse in front of two teenage boys, aged 13 and 14, in a car parked inside a lot in Hanyu City at around 7:00 p.m. on June 30.
The day before, officers from the Gyoda Police Station and Saitama prefectural police took the suspects into custody for violating an ordinance regarding endangering the healthy upbringing of young people.
Both suspects have reportedly admitted to the allegations. “It was to provide instruction in sex education,” police have quoted Fujinami, who allowed the boys to touch her breasts.
Neither of the youths was acquainted with the couple previously. An encounter with the suspects occurred at random, and an invitation to watch the sex session was extended.
The incident surfaced after Mukaino shared his phone’s email address with the teenagers.
