AICHI (TR) — Police here have arrested the 42-year-old director of an osteopathic clinic in Aichi Prefecture on suspicion of sexually assaulting a female patient under the guise of providing medical treatment, reports Tokai TV (May 13).
Hiroki Kaga, the director of Hiro Body Support in Aisai City, is accused of committing the assault against a female customer in her 50s inside his clinic in March of this year.
The incident came to light after the victim approached police for a consultation, reporting that the director had assaulted her during a visit. Upon his arrest, Kaga partially denied the allegations, telling investigators, “There was consent.”
However, the investigation has since widened into a massive tosatsu (voyeurism) probe. During a raid on Kaga’s residence, police confiscated a spy camera disguised as a pen.
Investigators also discovered approximately 800 secretly recorded images. The illicit photos primarily feature female patients in their underwear as they used the clinic’s restroom or changed clothes.
Police suspect Kaga has been a prolific and repeat offender, and they are currently investigating him for additional voyeurism crimes.
