Web Job is staffed by around 10 people. Since 2021, they are believed to have introduced approximately 400 women, mainly in their 20s and 30s, to adult entertainment establishments. Their commission is 15 percent of each woman’s sales.

Last July, Chiba police raided a sex business that was a venue for prostitution. Women employed at the facility were introduced by adult entertainment scouting group Access. Evidence seized at the time revealed 37 sex industry scouting groups were involved in staffing the facility.

Police are currently investigating the flow of funds for Web Job and other details of the operation.
