On Monday, officers raided the parlor, which is located on the fourth floor of a six-story building near JR Omiya Station, and discovered a 23-year-old Chinese national supplying sexual services to a 52-year-old male from Saitama City.
Officers took 36-year-old manager Akihiro Tanaka into custody for violating of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses regarding prohibited business practices.
On May 14, a water leak originating on the fifth floor flooded the parlor. A maintenance team investigating the premises soon after discovered the space partitioned into small rooms with a selection of women’s underwear left behind. Investigators were then alerted about a possibly illegal business.
Tanaka has reportedly admitted to the allegations.
