HIMEJI (TR) – Hyogo Prefectural Police on Sunday busted a Chinese massage for offering adult-entertainment services in violation of the law, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Nov. 4).

On Sunday, officers took the 32-year-old Chinese manager of aesthetic salon Cosmos into custody for providing sexual services to customers in private rooms in violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.

Two female masseuses were also arrested for violating a prefectural ordinance regarding prohibited business practices.

The manager has reportedly admitted to the allegations.

The shop was warned by law enforcement in the early morning hours of September 22 and November 2 but did not modify its business practices.
