TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 22-year-old male office worker who admits to breaking into a female colleague’s home in Machida City “to see her naked,” reports TBS News (Feb. 28).
Last December, Hayato Okuda allegedly broke into the residence of the woman, aged in her 20s, installed a hidden camera in a changing room and attempted to take tosatsu (voyeur) footage.
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating the Law Banning the Taking of Sexually Explicit Photographs and other crimes, Okuda admitted to the allegations. “I did it because I wanted to see her naked,” he said.
Okuda lives in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture. To gain access to the residence, the suspect is believed to have taken a key a key from her desk at work and made a duplicate.
