TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested a 34-year-old man for allegedly filming his nude underage girlfriend’s daughter and attempting to sexually assault her, reports Nippon News Network (Feb. 19).
Last December, vocational school student Masato Tominaga is suspected of filming the girl, who is not yet elementary school age, while she was nude at her home in Nerima Ward. He then attempted to sexually assault her.
During questioning, Tominaga admitted to the charges. He said, “I like children.”
The girl is Tominaga’s girlfriend’s daughter. The incident came to light after a child consultation center contacted police to report that “a girl appears to have been victimized.”
Video footage of him attempting to sexually assault the girl was later found on Tominaga’s smartphone.
