KOBE (TR) – Hyogo Prefectural Police on Monday raided a “pink salon” in the Fukuhara district for offering illegal sexual services, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Feb. 3).

At approximately 3:20 p.m., officers entered the premises of “pink salon” La Chou Chou and arrested the 56-year-old manager, a Korean national, for violating the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.

Such an establishment is permitted to allow masseuses to engage in only non-coital activities with customers. However, officers entering La Chou Chou discovered a male patron receiving sexual services that violated the law.

According to promotional Web sites, La Chou Chou specializes in married women and amateurs. Prices begin at 7,000 yen for the first 35 minutes.
