OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have busted a business featuring school girls that masqueraded as a massage parlor but in actuality was providing sexual services, reports Nippon News Network (Nov. 29).
On Monday, police raided parlor Communication Room Moe-ken, located in Naniwa Ward, and arrested manager Hiroaki Ogawa, 45, for allegedly employing female staff members to provide sex services in violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses regarding location of operations.
Police seized a personal computer in the search.
According to police, the parlor billed itself as offering conversation sessions and massages — with optional hugs and naps priced at 2,000 yen each — but a separate menu included the provision of sex.
“I had the girls pledge in writing that they would not provide obscene services,” the suspect is quoted by police in denying the allegations, according to the Mainichi Broadcasting Network (Nov. 29).
Additionally, police are investigating whether Ogawa dispatched middle school girls to a sex parlor in Kita Ward.
