Officers took the proprietor of Nagoya Shake, Shoji Sogo, 45, and three other employees and managers into custody for employing two 16-year-old girls in April of last year to provide illicit massages to men attired in only their underwear — a violation of child welfare laws regarding harmful control.
All have four suspects have reportedly denied the allegations.
The Nagoya Shake Web site indicates that services begin at 2,980 yen for the first 30 minutes. In addition to choosing the type of stockings worn by the masseuse, a customer can also request that she be attired in one of a number of different a costumes, including sailor uniforms, swim suits and bunny ears.
According to police, Nagoya Shake was originally busted last June. It was during a subsequent investigation that the involvement of Sogo and the other suspects emerged.
