Shizuoka civic employee provided school girl cigarettes for sex

An employee of Izunokuni City gave a girl 2 packs of cigarettes for sex while parked in his car

SHIZUOKA (TR) – Shizuoka Prefectural Police on Wednesday arrested an employee of Izunokuni City for allegedly providing a high-school girl with tobacco in return for sexual services last month, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Sept. 10).

Officers from the Ohito Police Station charged Masaru Iwata, a 28-year-old temporary assistant to the city assembly, with violating child pornography and prostitution laws.

On August 8, Iwata is alleged to have given two packages of cigarettes to the girl, 17, in exchange for engaging in a sex act while parked in his car in a mountainous area of the prefecture.
