Tokyo cops bust Chinese massage parlor in Itabashi for offering sex

TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Thursday announced the bust of a Chinese massage parlor in Itabashi Ward’s Akatsukashinmachi area for licensing violations, reports TBS News (May 26).

On May 27, a male customer in his 50s is alleged to have received sexual services at Sokai (Exhilarating) from a female masseuse, a 49-year-old Chinese national, inside a private room — a violation of the Law Regulating Adult Entertainment Businesses.

Officers arrested the parlor’s 53-year-old female manager, who has reportedly denied the allegations.

According to Nippon News Network (May 29), the parlor was busted four years ago and re-opened under a different name.

In order to avoid another raid, a camera was installed at Sokai’s first-floor entrance to monitor customers entering and departing.
