TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Thursday arrested a 34-year-old male company employee for allegedly splashing his own bodily fluid on the clothes of a high school girl inside a packed train earlier this year.
At around 8:15 a.m. on July 17, Yoshiaki Takizawa, a resident of Koto Ward, allegedly pressed himself against the lower body of the girl from behind inside a carriage of Tokyo Metro Tozai Line before covering her skirt in his bodily, reports TBS News (Aug. 29).
Upon his arrest on suspicion of indecent assault without consent, Takizawa denied the allegations. “I didn’t do it. I don’t recall [the matter],” he said, according to the Chuo Police Station.

According to police, the train was packed, and he groped the buttocks of the standing girl from behind for about seven minutes.
The incident came to light when the woman contacted police after getting off the train. The woman and Takizawa did not know each other.
The station’s security camera showed Takizawa following the woman and boarding the train together before the alleged crime.
