OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have arrested a man for allegedly carrying out lewd acts with a teenage girl living in Nagasaki Prefecture whom he met on social media.
In April, Yoshiki Nishida, 23, is suspected of committing lewd acts with the teenage girl at his residence in Higashiosaka City while knowing that she was under 18 years old, reports Television Nagasaki (Oct. 12).
Upon his arrest on suspicion of violating an Osaka Prefecture youth development ordinance, Nishida partially denied the charges. “I admit to the acts, but I was told she was 19 years old.”
The incident came to light when the woman’s family reported to the police that “my daughter went out to play with friends and never came home.”
