FUKUOKA (TR) – Fukuoka Prefectural Police launched an investigation after a man was found dead inside a vehicle parked in Kitakyushu City on Tuesday.
Just before 10 p.m., police received a call about “self-harming behavior” taking place inside the vehicle, which was parked on a street in the Nishiminatomachi area of Kokurakita Ward, reports RKB Online (Sep. 18).
After police rushed to the scene, they found the man dead inside. A second man, who is believed to be an acquaintance of the first man, was taken to a hospital. However, is condition is not considered life-threatening.
Police are currently investigating the circumstances that led to the incident. The case is being considered the result of foul play, an accident, or a suicide.
