7 men accused of sharing videos in social media group of them raping own daughters

AICHI (TR) – Aichi Prefectural Police said this week that they have arrested seven men for allegedly raping their underaged daughters and sharing videos of the sexual assaults online.

On March 11, police arrested the seven men, aged in their 30s to 50s, for allegedly used a social media group to share videos and images of themselves sexually assaulting their own daughters, who were between 6 and 14 years old at the time of the crimes.

In one case, a man in his 30s is alleged to have sexually abused his 7-year-old daughter and posted videos in a group chat.

During questioning, all seven suspects admitted to the charges, police said.

Investigators suspect that some members of this group repeatedly sexually abused minors, including their biological daughters, adopted daughters or others, and shared the videos online.

During the investigation, police seized approximately 150,000 videos and photos showing the abuse, reports Nippon News Network (Mar. 11).

The suspects have also been accused of violating laws related to child prostitution and child pornography.

“I’ve been training her since she was 4 years old”

The social media group was created around December 2023. It is believed to have been joined by about 10 persons, who were approved by the administrator.

Of the approximately 150,000 images and videos seized, more than 100 pieces of content were exchanged within the group.

The suspects chatted in the group. “I’ve been training her since she was 4 years old,” one member said. Another wrote, “I told my child, ‘If you tell my mom about this, you won’t be able to be with me. So, can we keep it a secret?'”

The administrator, a man in his 40s, stated that he “wanted to gather members with the same sexual fetishes” and “wanted people to enjoy watching the videos.”

The discovered the existence of the group after one of the suspects was arrested on suspicion of raping a child in November.
