TOKYO (TR) – Tokyo Metropolitan Police on Monday announced the bust of a prostitution club that falsely advertised having school girls on staff, reports Sankei Sports (Mar. 3).

Officers took the manager of club Shibuya Moe Puchi, 35-year-old Yasuyuki Fukui, and two other suspects into custody for dispatching women to love hotels to provide sexual services to male customers in violation of the Anti-Prostitution Law regarding solicitation.

The suspects advertised Shibuya Moe Puchi as employing young students. However, the prostitutes on its roster, many of whom possessed short statures and young-looking faces, were over 18 years of age.

At the end of February, a 29-year-old male office worker from Ibaraki Prefecture paid 80,000 yen to a woman, 19, for an illicit encounter at a love hotel in the Shibuya entertainment area, according to the Yomiuri Shimbun (Mar. 3).

Charges for “elementary school girls” exceeded 100,000 yen, while that for a “fourth-grade student” was 300,0000 yen.

Shibuya Moe Puchi collected 20 million yen in revenue over the past 10 months.
