KYOTO – Kyoto Prefectural Police have applied fresh charges to a male part-time delivery worker arrested earlier this month for licking a woman’s feet in a similar case involving another victim, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Nov. 30).

In the latest accusation, the suspect, 56, allegedly slipped his head close to the feet of a woman in her 30s at a parking lot in Kyoto City’s Fushimi Ward at around 9:00 a.m. on September 16 and licked her soles for around 20 minutes.

The suspect has denied the charges, saying, “There’s no mistake that I had her step on my brake pedal, but I didn’t lick her feet or anything.”

Police said he had stopped the woman who had been passing by and asked her to help him repair a faulty brake lamp. After asking her to sit behind the wheel, he allegedly ducked his body low and began licking her feet. He thanked the woman and allowed her to leave him when she said she had something to do and wanted to go home.

The suspect was first arrested on November 7 for allegedly grabbing the right ankle of a woman in her 20s while licking and nibbling her feet for around 35 minutes on July 23.
