OSAKA (TR) – Osaka Prefectural Police have busted a business in which school girls provided customers with illicit services that management considered coaching, reports the Asahi Shimbun (Nov. 29).

In April, Hajime Morita, the 42-year-old manager of Mutenka Musume, located in the Minamihorie area of Nishi Ward, allegedly employed two 14-year-old girls to be photographed by customers in a number of suggestive poses while attired in uniforms. Subsequent negotiations initiated by the customer then led to the provision of acts considered obscene in private rooms.

The business was dubbed “practical skill guidance” by Morita in which the girls were said to providing a coaching service to the customers.

The matter came to light during an investigation stemming from the bust in May of a specialty hostess club in Osaka that employed one of the girls. She subsequently revealed her employment at Mutenka Musume.

In recent years, police have been cracking down on so-called “JK” (joshi koseischool girl businesses across the nation over fears that they are a hotbed for prostitution.

Mutenka Musume closed in September. Morita is currently under prosecution at the Osaka District Court for violating the Child Welfare Act.
